Tim Keohane has been active as a Licensed Realtor since 1991, and became a Broker in 1995. He has owned and operated offices in Michigan's Upper Peninsula since 1993. In 1994, he took over the management of the office in L'Anse, Michigan, now known as Great Lakes & Land Real Estate Company. The several hundreds of miles of area he covers offers exposure to many wonderful recreational properties! Tim has been a "Top Producer" throughout his career, and his offices have proudly held the lead in sales for many years. Tim is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt, fish, and travel back woods trails. His love of the U.P. has allowed him to be involved with the development of several impressive waterfront properties from the 1000 acre private, pristine, residential development called "The Secluded Shores" on the beautiful 320 acre Fence Lake, to the building of custom log weekender cabins on Estes Lake, which is surrounded by thousands of acres of Federal Forest.

His outdoor skills are only part of what Tim brings to the table, as a volunteer he has been a past Lions Club Man of the Year, Club President and a top fund raiser for this organization. Tim, and his business and life partner Linda, have achieved the respect of the real estate and business community throughout Central & Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

jimhammill@hughes.net

Jim Hammill was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula and has dedicated his life to natural resources management, both personally and professionally. Jim is retired from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources where he served for more than 30 years as a wildlife biologist and was involved with all aspects of wildlife management, retiring as the Western Upper Peninsula Wildlife Supervisor. Jim received his Michigan real estate salesperson license in 2003 and is a real estate salesperson with Great Lakes and Land Real Estate Company. As an avid outdoorsman, hunter, and fisherman, and with his knowledge of the land, wildlife, and ecosystems, it was natural that he focused on wild lands and recreational property when he began his career in real estate.

Since 2002, Jim and his wife, Julie (also a licensed real estate agent), have been building their business, Iron Range Consulting and Services Inc. Their company offers a broad range of environmental services, and focuses on providing land, forest, and water management and planning assistance to private landowners. They can also help landowners realize revenue by administering timber sales, and achieve property tax savings by providing management plans to comply with various state property tax abatement programs.

If you are looking to evaluate wild and recreational land for its wildlife or financial potential, buy or sell a home, camp, or property, or need assistance managing wild or recreational properties, contact Jim for one-stop shopping.

When not working, or spending time in the woods foraging wild mushrooms, Matt enjoys time with his family. His winter months are spent skiing the slopes in the Keweenaw and spending time in Utah. Matt also enjoys snowshoeing and x-country skiing.

Bud BradleyBud Bradley

Avid sportsman, conservationist and family man, Bud Bradley is a force unto himself. From playing competitive semi-pro hockey for the GLHL to Duck hunting and Musky fishing with his son, he has a reputation for living fully in the Northern Woods. A world traveler and former Sergeant of the United States Marine Corps, the Chicago native is a true outdoorsman, passing on his wealth of knowledge to both his clients and his kids who share his love of nature. His mountain biker wife and partner, Caitlin, enjoys tree identification tactics along with extensive mapping techniques and are the perfect team.
